After coming across a lot of diamond cut wheels at our contracted garages and not being able to refurb them, I decided to look into moving forward and getting the DCR-Pro machine. The guys at DCR were so helpful, they invited me up for the day to check out their machines and see what it was all about. Once I had decided to go ahead and get the DCR-Pro the guys at DCR were more than helpful in both training and arranging the purchase of the machine.
I am now 9 months in and the DCR-Pro replay has pushed the company on. Not only that, but all the staff at DCR have been at the end of the phone at any point I have needed them and given great advice, whilst I continued to earn about the machine. I am so happy I went with a UK based company. Keep up the great work guys!

I bought the DC-1 with much excitement and I have to say it went beyond and above all expectations the. The machine is a pleasure to operate with the cutting edge technology and ease of use, the DC-1 has allowed me to enhance my business so much that I bought a second machine the DC-2. The software update that has been put in place has taken things to a different level, the finish that I now get on the wheels is the best yet and I have satisfied customers that leave with a smile on their faces which is a testament to the guys at DCR who take the business seriously as you can tell by the workmanship in designing and manufacturing a machine that does exactly what it says on the tin.

I’m just attaching a quick note to let you know that Balgores motors are very happy with the new purchase of diamond cut machine dc-1 …the machine is compact ,robust and very efficient since taking delivery on the 11 November we have comfortably cut around ninety wheels …we have had no issues or teething problems and in the future would possibly be looking at a second machine .
