OUR JOURNEY
We started our journey to produce a state of the art, compact, 230v wheel lathe in 2011.
The sole purpose of our machine is for the refinishing of alloy wheels which means taking the minimum amount of material off a wheel to put it back to a perfect finish, on average we only remove 0.6mm from the surface of a wheel. Our patent pending technology has been designed to be simple to operate with as few processes as possible, we have achieved this with our touch screen interface with intuitive software, we have also produced a rapid repair process whilst keeping the ultimate finish for the wheel.
DEMAND FOR DIAMOND CUT
Diamond cut wheels are being fitted to more and more vehicles as a way of marking out the top of the range models along with the more sporty unique models. Mercedes, Lexus Ford and Honda have been fitting diamond cut wheels to their range of cars for some time now, however we are noticing that BMW, Nissan, Bentley, VW, Audi and Porsche are fitting Diamond cut wheels to more of their product range as standard.

OUR TEAM
Behind every DCR Pro there is at least 20 in house staff from our sales team, manufacturing, construction line, electrical and then our QC team.
Our team are all from the Portsmouth area and we continue to expand and bring in new talent.

PROUDLY MADE IN BRITAIN
The DCR Pro Diamond cutting alloy wheel lathe is proudly made by our team in Portsmouth, Britain. As such we are the only Diamond Cutting Wheel lathe in the UK that can use the Licensed Official Made in Britain Mark.
The Made in Britain Mark is the official mark of confidence that you are buying a British manufactured product. In the process of going Made in Britain we had to prove that the DCR Pro was in fact made in Britain to an approved level. Our supply chain is 70% within Hampshire alone.

We were demonstrated our DCR machine via the mobile van and what an impressive piece of kit that is. The sales team are very courteous, friendly, and not pushy.
